The spacious bedrooms and facilities were excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel's location near the underground rail system was convenient. Despite the lack of windows, the flexible lighting made up for it.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Our room was very very nice, as was the lobby. It is about a 5 minute walk to the MRT (light rail transit) and located close to two big malls, movie theater, and many decent restaurants including the 5 and dime which is worth the trip, just to see that place.
Unfortunately there is no gym in the hotel, and it is not easy to jog in that neighborhood, so a treadmill, exercise cycle a couple of free weights would be greatly appreciated, especially after eating all night at a night market

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right in front of the MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The service was top-notch with room service and airport shuttle available. The room itself was luxurious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and even a refrigerator. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi provided entertainment and connectivity. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
Families would definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

There are no windows in the rooms, rooms are dirty, hotel looks like motel. I wouldn't return here again. It was the worsest hotel I'd ever been

During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness standards maintained by the hotel staff. The hotel facilities were modern and luxurious, and the convenience of having parking facilities on-site was a huge bonus. The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was in close proximity to the supermarket and shopping mall. Moreover, I appreciated the easy access to the metro station which made moving around this city a breeze. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making my stay a memorable one.
All was perfect.

Well this was my first trip to Taipei, and was coming from Hong Kong, Was really impressed with the hotel/ Room comfort- it was like a luxury room- equipped with a Jacuzzi and a Suana, it had all the amenities which a traveler require to relax you down. The location is not at all bad- couple of Shopping malls just around the corner. Over all it was excellent luxury with true value for money.

Poor, actually no service, from the staff. Rooms are windowless. Towers provided seems old. Room is smaller than the picture shown. Breakfast choices are poor.

The hotel was well-located near a shopping center and easily accessible by taxi. The spa facilities were also a highlight of the stay, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
My New Year's stay at the hotel was marred by poor service and unhelpful staff. Despite arriving early and requesting an earlier check-in time, the staff were incredibly inflexible and even charged us for an additional rest room until the official check-in time.

It is located in a nice and modern district and very close to mrt. We were lucky to be given a very spacious room at a good price.
The only drawbacks are: 1) the room has no window. It was the first time we stayed in a hotel room without a window. 2) almost the same kind of dishes/foods were served at breakfast each day during the six days we stayed in the hotel. Lack of varieties!

Their rooms are huge! Clean! My partner and I chose this hotel because of the room size and also the Jacuzzi are just amazing! Staff are friendly, they found out that we are homosexual, and seems not a problem at all! During this stay, we reserved a room with windows which could see the bright light every morning. Value for money =d The facility is just perfect. Everything's fine!
The convenience store are pretty far away from the hotel. Gotta walk for 2 blocks away.

The hotel had a spacious and beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi, and a clean toilet with a TV. Although not located in the city center, it is close to the shopping mall and supermarket. the breakfast had a variety of options and was enjoyable.
The room lacked sufficient lighting and a writing desk.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant experience. Its location in a modern and lively district with easy access to public transportation made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's décor and overall ambience added to the classy feel.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with similar dishes served each day. Furthermore, the hotel lacked windows in some of the rooms, leaving me somewhat disappointed. while there were some negative aspects, the overall experience was good due to the quality of the room and location.
